jack-jack's birthday!

Last saturday, 09/09/07 is jack-jack's birthday!

i booked this cake for him around a month ago for him to celebrate his birthday in BU park's event with his friends! that day, we dressed him up like a nice gentleman. He was so excited when we took out his leesh and collar, he knew we're bringing him out.

look at the cake, although its not 100% perfect, but my pups smelled and licked da cake even before his friends could taste it. Its made out of apple, cream cheese, and chicken. Mikey, jenny's shih tzu loved the cake very much, probably due to his "fasting", refuse to eat for a few days.. too bad my pups did'nt want to taste the cake - too picky, only likes raw meat and their vege puree. the cake has a line of kibbles below, and it smells really cheesy. Big thanks to Venetia and Joan for helping me with the cake!

on the 10th, sunday, we went to SushiKin for the yearly 2nd sushi bonanza. i love sushi, but due to tight budget, i guess, Sushikin it is..haha..
rm2 per plate. lets see what we've got here..

i knew it. i wont frequenly update this blog of mine. wicked. then what is the purpose of having this little blog?

okay let me tell you guys about what i did on my birthday. i was all alone back in taiping. sad to say, seperated with my dear fiancee..

i woke up 2pm in the afternoon and realised that i have nothing better to do. went out to the bakery and bought some flour, pancake mixes, and i created something like this..

its a bit ewwish, but isnt it great for a first timer?

used this butter from new zealand, i think its about 6months old. didnt bother to use it as i seldom take butter.

frying on the pan?

on my birthday night, i went to Pizza Hut with my friend Poh Cheng. sad to say there are'nt much choices for us to choose, where to dine that night. we waited for 10mins to be seated, and another 15mins to get to order our food. this was the conversation between me and the waiter.

niel : [pointing on the menu] i would like to have this birthday pizza. today is my birthday, do i need to show you my I.C?

waiter : oh no, itu untuk kanak-kanak sahaja.

niel : no, its not for kids only. everyone can have it.

waiter : no tak boleh. kanak-kanak sahaja.

niel : ok nevermind. i would like to have an island supreme pan pizza, size personal.

waiter : oh no, ala-carte tak boleh order personal.

niel : who say i cant?

waiter : memang tak boleh. tu ala-carte hanya untuk regular dan large.

[then whats the point of stating da price there?]

i approached the manager after i paid the bill. told him everything about what the waiter said. he apologized and asked me to go back the next day to have my birthday pizzza and i rejected. bad service i can say. the waiter doesnt even know that the birthday pizza is not only for kids, and we can order ala-carte pan pizza personal. duh!

and today, i tried to tie my xun-xun's hair. she looks cute dont she~

my housemate told me that she can "kao" all the guys out there with her charming look.
